I have registered, but not yet received an email with my password?
Unfortunately this can happen, take a look in your Spam folder to see if the mail has been filtered into it, if this is the case, please mark the mail as "not spam". If you are still unable to find the email, you can simply » request a new password. I entered an incorrect email address when registering?
If this is the case, a new registration is the answer. Unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 4 days and you can simply change to the nickname you originally suggested. I have registered, but the login details from the email are incorrect?
In order to avoid filling our database unnecessarily, all unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 96 hours. If your registration is older than this, you can re-register. The other possibility is that you requested a new password in the meantime, which means that the password in your registration email is now invalid. You can request a new password at any time and will receive new valid login information

There are two steps to requesting a new password, i.e. first you have to confirm that you really want a new password. Then simply click on the link in the first email, and your new password will arrive in the second email. What information do I need to log in?

How do I add friends or contacts?
Search, find, request friends and wait for confirmation – you already have one confirmed friend. How can I end a friendship or a contact?
In your friends overview you can remove friendships and unwanted contacts. They will not be notified about this, each individual member is responsible for the sending of inappropriate language or voodoo curses. What happens when I reject a request?
In that case, you are not friends. The person involved will not be informed about your rejection.

OK! You are very popular – lucky you! You can change your notification settings under the "options" setting at any time. I can't click on the links in my notifications?
I suspect you have an AOL email address, which you are accessing through a web browser? Unfortunately our hands are tied in this case. Please request an explanation from AOL as to why the links in text mails do not appear as links. You can do this manually and paste the link into your browser.
